For quite some time I now also offer hotel and resort analysis/testing with a high focus on improving and upholding the quality of the accommodation offerings, show glitches in the current service setup and processes, recommend IT and design improvements and help to see where they can improve in terms of service, resulting also in a higher revenue for the companies running the hotels and resorts.

Why?

Because I want to help the guests with more pleasant accommodation experiences and the people running hotels and resorts to improve their accommodation offerings, which normally results in higher revenue, keeping the service levels up and ensure a flawless symbiosis of guest and hotel/resort operators.

My goal: The best for both sides!

How is it done?

I come to your hotel or resort as an ordinary guest and spend some time in your hotel or resort and go through my own test protocols and do an analysis of the current state and if there are improvements of the service, design, infrastructure and more. The final level of report for you depends on the time spent and will include an analysis of the current state of service, infrastructure and visible processes and recommendations in various fields targetted to improve your offering from the view of a guest, but with a sense of improvements that will be a win-win for both sides in various ways.
