When the wanderlust kicks in and there is even a small light on the end of the (Corona) tunnel, you just have to give it a shot!

When Germany announced to allow hotels to open again, when the numbers go down, I instantly had a look for a weekend trip that I could shortly do with my love within Germany, before we will fly to Menorca in some weeks time.

By now I have to admit, that I have high expectations when choosing a destination. I need surroundings, even for a short trip, where I have the possibility to explore something.

And in terms of hospitality I also have quite some points I’m searching for. I definitely love hotels with great design, good food and I always try to get in touch with the hotels in advance. My pick this time looks great and the email contact was truely friendly.
